About the role
Reporting to the Senior Internal Audit Manager, this is a key position within our Governance & Audit team delivering independent assurance over key risk areas and fostering continuous improvement in the control environment.

What you’ll do
- Assist the delivery of risk-based internal audits across the organisation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the annual internal audit plan.
- Provide recommendations for improvement that add value and drive improvements across the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and co-sourced auditors .
- Promote an effective internal control and risk management culture.
- Contribute to the delivery of internal audit initiatives that enhance the internal audit fuction.
- Assist with the review of evidence testing to support findings and the delivery of high quality audit reports.
Your experience
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, auditing or a related field.
- Significant experience in internal audit management roles.
- Strong knowledge of audit principles, techniques and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and persuade effectively.
This role is best suited to a proactive individual who has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
