Join our Power Generation team as the Asset Manager for the Yandin Wind Farm – WA’s largest wind farm. Reporting to the Head of Operations, SWIS, you’ll be the owner’s representative overseeing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management of the facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring long-term value through via effective contract management, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.

What you’ll do

• Provide contract management services for the O&M agreement Managing contractor performance against O&M and contractual obligations across and Asset Management Deeds
• Overseeing budget planning, forecasting and reporting aligned to strategic goals
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community groups
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks including SOCI Risk Management
• Quarterly reporting on asset performance and presenting to senior leadership and board

Your experience

• Technical qualifications in Engineering or equivalent
• Proven contract management and stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong understanding of large-scale renewable energy assets
• Western Australian Wholesale Electricity Market knowledge
• Excellent communication and board presentation skills
• Analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI or Tableau
