What you’ll do
- Coordinating and supporting employee engagement surveys and focus groups
- Assisting with planning and delivering culture, leadership and DEIB initiatives
- Managing logistics and administration for events, meetings and forums
- Preparing reports, presentations and internal communications
- Supporting the CLB team with projects, calendar management and stakeholder engagement
Your experience
- Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in HR, Business or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools
- A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset
