Join our People & Culture team in Melbourne and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen culture, leadership, and belonging. Working with the General Manager of Culture, Leadership & Belonging and a newly formed team, you’ll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, high-performing culture where our people and leaders thrive.

What you’ll do
- Leading the design and delivery of enterprise strategies for culture, leadership and belonging
- Driving employee engagement and listening strategies including surveys and focus groups
- Delivering leadership development programs aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborating with external vendors to deliver immersive people experiences
- Reporting on cultural and engagement outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Your experience
- Degree qualified in HR, organisational psychology or related field
- Proven experience in cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies
- Strong capability in leadership development and organisational design
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes.
