As part of Corporate Technology, the Technology Change Lead plays a critical role in helping our people successfully adopt new technology solutions. Working across a portfolio ranging from small enhancements to major transformation programs, you’ll apply best practice change management to ensure our workforce is informed, ready and confident to embrace change.

What you’ll do
- Leading end-to-end change management activities for technology projects and initiatives
- Applying structured change management frameworks to support adoption and readiness
- Designing and delivering communications and training for impacted stakeholders
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to manage expectations and build commitment
- Supporting project delivery through effective planning, reporting and risk management.
Your experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management for technology initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building capability
- Experience working in complex and fast‑moving environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops with small to medium groups.
Desirable: Prosci or similar change certification, exposure to project management methodologies, and experience in utilities or asset based industries.
