About the role:   

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Retail Markets team in this full time permanent position.  Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will develop and launch products and services for Alinta Energy, with a focus on Electric Vehicles (EV).

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Defining product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, including Customer Engagement and Marketing
  • Developing product specifications and prototypes- through build, buy or partner pathways
  • In partnership with Product Strategy, gathering and analyzing market data to identify strategic growth opportunities within segments and product, across existing and emerging segment customers
  • Continually evaluating and enhancing the current product offering. Ensure that all products offered are in-tune with customer value propositions  and deliver an excellent customer experience

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in management, marketing, business or a related discipline
  • Strong product/segment management or marketing experience
  • Customer-centric
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across multiple business areas and levels of the business
  • Business acumen and highly developed financial and business management skills
