About the role:

In close collaboration with the Senior P&C Business Partner and our high-performing P&C team, you'll proactively support leaders and employees across all aspects of the employment lifecycle. This includes talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, fostering a positive culture, and navigating employee relations.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Providing professional, business-focussed People and Culture services and advice to your client group.
  • Influencing and engaging senior leaders to arrive at commercial people outcomes.
  • Developing and promoting our contemporary people management plan to achieve organisational success
  • Investigating employee grievances and resolving key people issues

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or other related discipline
  • Extensive business partnering experience
  • Exposure to HR generalist, stakeholder management, people management practices and organisational capability
  • Proven experience addressing capability gaps and lifting leadership capability
  • Ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
