We are looking for an experienced and committed Receptionist to be the face of our office in Sydney whilst coordinating broader office needs. This hands on, autonomous and varied role will see you provide and oversee the reception and administrative function of our Customer Experience Hub. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors, including VIP’s
  • Managing reception phone line
  • Ensure visitors sign in and out on our Rapid safety system
  • Manage building access passes
  • Providing administrative support to visiting Executives
  • Coordinate and book travel for employees
  • Invoice management including raising Purchase Orders, invoice processing and assisting with credit card reconciliations
  • Adhoc assistance with photocopying, filing, binding, preparation of documents
  • Coordinating couriers
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Process service request forms for new starters
  • General office support including, helping with booking and operating video conferencing equipment and computer setup for functions when required
  • Stock fridges in main kitchen and tea prep area, maintain these spaces
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven receptionist experience
  • Proven ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • A friendly, professional, and pro-active approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and organise you work accordingly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
