About the role
This part time role is vital to the smooth operation of the Melbourne office. This role works alongside our main receptionist managing reception duties, supporting the Retail and People & Culture teams with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities involve creating a welcoming reception experience, providing accurate administrative support, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will enhance office efficiency, support team activities, and uphold a culture of safety and organisation.

What you’ll do
- Take full ownership of reception duties on Mondays, including greeting visitors and maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area.
- Assist the Melbourne receptionist during peak times, such as Board meetings and Roadshows, to handle increased visitor activity.
- Coordinate travel bookings, manage meeting room reservations, resolve scheduling conflicts and process and reconcile corporate credit card expenses for the Retail and People & Culture teams
- Regularly check and restock printer paper, stationery, and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor and manage the Melbourne Office inbox, promptly addressing inquiries.
Your experience
- Demonstrated experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting, engaging with all levels of the organisation, including executives
- Good Microsoft Office experience, time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while staying extremely organised
- Post-secondary education, administrative and secretarial qualifications are desirable.
