Your part in it

This role is critical in fostering customer loyalty and attracting new business in the small to medium enterprise sector by actively cultivating relationships and efficiently managing customer interactions.

What you’ll put into it

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts primarily through phone and email interactions, achieving predefined targets for customer retention
  • Drive the development and expansion of new business by engaging in cold calling, responding to warm leads, and conducting face-to-face sales, ultimately achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrate a robust customer service orientation, adeptly addressing and resolving customer queries with efficiency and providing timely
  • Sales administration, including performing administrative tasks associated with sales contract renewal
  • Collaborating with the billing team to guarantee a high-quality, customer-focused end-to-end management of sales and billing processes.

What you’ll bring to it

  • Proven sales expertise with a track record of surpassing targets, multitasking and a strong attention to detail
  • B2B experience in converting cold and warm leads via outbound tele-sales and face to face
  • Robust skills in negotiating contracts and prices to secure optimal outcomes for the business
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) desirable.
