About the role

As the Digital Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of shaping, delivering and optimising the future of our digital self-service ecosystem.  You will ensure our capability meets the needs of our new and existing customers thereby reducing our cost-to-serve, increasing first contact resolution and transforming customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
  • Efficiently manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and address customer needs promptly.

Your experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Technology, or equivalent discipline
  • Proven experience in digital service products as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile digital environment
  • Proven experience in leading a cross-functional team to successfully drive strategic and tactical digital-first customer experiences.
  • Strong influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver against target outcomes.
  • Personal resilience. The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with fast-paced change environment.

This role is best suited to a proactive individual who has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
