About the role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Senior FP&A Analyst who will support the FP&A Manager in providing actionable insights that enhance efficiency and ensure data-driven decisions align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve analysing financial performance, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders, and using your expertise in tools like Excel and Power BI to elevate reporting and visualisation standards within the team.

What you’ll do  

  • Prepared and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts
  • Identify and explain variances in revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing actionable recommendations
  • Develop a strong understanding of cash flow dynamics to forecast and report cash positions in line with financial goals
  • Compile insights into presentations for senior management, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to monitor industry trends and performance metrics

Your experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI and Excel (advanced)
  • Experience with Oracle (EPM) Financial System
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Commerce, Business or Finance, ideally with CA/CPA qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, presentations
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
