About the role
As the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Comms, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Alinta Energy's customer communications and lifecycle marketing strategies. This role is a critical part of the Brand and Marketing team, driving customer retention and engagement initiatives across various touchpoints.

- Lead the development and implementation of communications and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Manage a team of marketing and communications professionals.
Your experience
- Proven experience in a senior customer communications or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is best suited to a proactive individual with a passion for customer-centric marketing and a track record of driving successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
