About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Melbourne office, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and proactively source top talent to meet those requirements.  You will provide expertise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices. Additionally, you will build strong candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process effectively, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of TA projects and process improvements to drive efficiencies and enhance service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and commercially focused positions, including recruitment for our high-performing contact centres.
  • Oversee key recruitment activities, including candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage qualified candidates.
  • Support and embed new processes to drive automation
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process

Your experience:

  • Extensive experience in an house corporate talent acquisition function
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and talent management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR technology.
  • Experience in Contact Centre recruitment is an advantage
