About the role

We’re looking for a highly engaged and collaborative People Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for employees and managers, offering expert guidance on People & Culture policies, processes, and systems.

 As a key member of our national People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for managing employee records, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and maintaining our systems. As we enhance and modernise our processes, you'll embrace a continuous improvement mindset, welcoming change and fresh ideas.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries via the People & Culture ticketing system, providing timely and accurate advice on policies, procedures, and HRIS processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the P&C system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support the enhancement of People & Culture processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
  • Work closely with other People & Culture team members, providing ad-hoc support for the wider team and strategic projects.

Your experience 

  • Proven experience in a shared services or HR support function, managing employee queries and HR processes
  • Proficiency in HR systems and ticketing platforms to ensure efficient case management and resolution will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance and data security
