About the role

This role supports the Retail Business Pillar, delivering automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience. With multiple critical projects underway, you’ll have the opportunity to add real value and grow in an environment that champions collaboration and technical excellence.

This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll build, optimise, and support automation solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiencies

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deliver RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes
• Enhance and maintain existing automation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance improvements
• Support end-to-end automation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Mentor and collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and fostering best practices in automation
• Troubleshoot and optimize RPA bots, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime

Your experience

• 5+ years of RPA development experience, ideally with UiPath certification
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, with Python or other scripting languages being a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging, testing, and optimising automation workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing

This role is best suited to a proactive individual who wants to contribute to critical projects, and shape automation strategy within a complex and deadline driven environment.
