About the role
The Senior Manager Business Partnering – Technology & Corporate Services Finance plays a key role in driving process optimisation, reporting automation, and delivery of strategic finance initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, the role supports forecasting, performance and flash reporting, and scenario analysis using business trends and market information to identify opportunities across a broad range of functions within the business.
This role will lead and mentor the finance team supporting this area to build capability and foster a high-performance culture. The position reports through to and supports the General Manager Finance – Technology & Corporate Services.

What you’ll do
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement to enhance business insight and operational performance.
- Oversee performance reporting and transform monthly reporting with forward-looking, actionable insights.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating scenario analysis and business risk evaluation.
- Provide strategic financial advice and high-level analytical support to senior leaders.
- Mentor, guide and team members, driving a culture of critical thinking, engagement, and performance excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovative financial solutions.
Your experience
- Extensive experience in business partnering and financial analysis, with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
- Degree in commerce, economics, accounting or a related numeric discipline, plus CA/CPA/CFA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Skilled in financial modelling and scenario analysis, with a track record of delivering sound business recommendations.
- Resilient and adaptable in complex, fast-changing environments, with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset, confident in challenging assumptions and identifying system and process enhancements.
