About the role
As Credit Functional Lead - Revenue Control, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen our revenue control framework. Sitting within the Customer Operations team, this role is responsible for analysing and improving cross-functional processes across accounts receivable, consuming occupier (unknown or unauthorised usage), collections, disconnection, hardship, and payment assistance. You’ll lead the design and implementation of process improvements that reduce errors, enhance customer experience, and drive commercial outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across Billing, Legal, Compliance, IT, and external partners, you’ll ensure systems and processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals. From developing business cases and coordinating post-implementation reviews to supporting training and change management, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

- Support training, change management, and post-implementation reviews
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Your experience
- Extensive expertise in energy sector credit and revenue control processes
- Strong knowledge of consuming occupier and disconnection scenarios, lost revenue recovery, full credit lifecycle and accounts receivable
- Experience managing incidents and solving problems in a large consumer portfolio within a highly regulated environment
- Proven success leading cross-functional assurance projects using AGILE and managing competing priorities
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and presenting complex ideas to senior leaders
- Experienced in technical writing, training material development, business case preparation, and benefit tracking
