Are you ready to help shape the future of customer engagement at Alinta Energy? As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across our customer base, working at the intersection of strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing and collaborating closely with a dynamic team, you’ll be empowered to build and optimise end-to-end customer journeys in a highly regulated, fast-evolving industry.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention, with a focus on cross-sell and upsell across all channels.
- Deliver personalised, data-driven communications using segmentation and actionable insights.
- Manage and optimise campaigns, applying a test-and-learn approach and reporting on results.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and strong ROI.
- Ensure all communications meet compliance and industry standards in a highly regulated environment.
Your experience
- 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong record of driving growth and retention—ideally in energy, banking, telco, or other regulated, service-based sectors.
- Expertise in campaign management across multiple channels, with strong analytical and segmentation skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, lean environment and adapting to change.
- Proven ability to collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to build and optimise customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
