As part of our People & Culture team, you’ll partner with leaders and employees across corporate functions to deliver practical P&C advice, people initiatives and employee lifecycle support. You’ll help shape organisation design, workforce planning, culture, change and employee relations outcomes that support Alinta Energy’s priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Providing professional, business-focussed People and Culture advice and support to dedicated client groups
  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver contemporary people practices, workforce planning and continuous service improvement
  • Supporting organisation design change, including change impact delivery across the workforce
  • Coaching leaders on employment related matters, employee relations, performance, engagement and talent activities
  • Analysing People and Culture data, identifying trends and supporting reporting obligations.

Your experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Strong practical HR generalist experience across recruitment, performance, learning and development, engagement, remuneration and policy
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, emerging people trends and contemporary HR practices
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong conflict resolution, mediation, coaching, communication, project management and organisational design capability.

Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.

This role is best suited to a proactive People and Culture professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complexity and delivering practical people outcomes in a confidential, deadline-driven environment.
