This is an exciting Scheduler and Project Administrator role supporting delivery of the Reeves Plains renewable energy project in South Australia. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the broader project team, you will play a key role in coordinating schedules, managing project administration, and supporting commercial processes. The position offers exposure to a complex, fast-paced construction environment, where you will contribute to keeping the project on track, on budget, and aligned to key milestones. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional site engagement as needed.

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule, consolidating contractor inputs and tracking progress, delays, and critical path
- Provide end-to-end project administration support, including document control, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Support commercial and financial processes such as raising purchase orders, assisting with payment claims, and tracking project costs
- Prepare regular reporting, including schedule updates, progress reports, and variance analysis to support decision-making
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and governance requirements
Your experience
- Proven experience in project administration, project coordination within infrastructure or construction environments
- Exposure to project scheduling, with experience using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate project documentation
- Experience supporting financial or commercial processes, such as purchase orders, contract administration, or cost tracking
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and work effectively across project teams and external stakeholders
