This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working three days per week, with standard hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. We offer flexibility around both the days worked and start and finish times, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking greater work-life balance.

In this varied role, you'll be the go-to person for site administration, supporting our Operations and Maintenance team across procurement, contractor coordination, training, compliance and general business support. You'll have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities while working closely with the broader site team to keep everything running smoothly.

Why you’ll love working here

We also offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Purchased leave program
  • Company-funded salary continuance insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family
  • Learning and development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning and study support
  • Discounts on private health insurance, retail and everyday expenses
  • One paid volunteer day each year

What you'll do

  • Keep the site running smoothly by managing day-to-day administration, records, documentation and general office requirements.
  • Coordinate site access, inductions and training records for employees and contractors, ensuring information remains accurate and current.
  • Support procurement and finance activities, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, setting up suppliers and monitoring purchasing requirements.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, car hire, uniforms, PPE and other essential arrangements for the site team.
  • Assist with safety, compliance and environmental activities, including preparing documentation for audits and site visits and maintaining relevant systems and registers.

Your experience

  • Previous experience in an administration, business support or personal assistant role. Experience supporting a site-based, operational or technical workforce will be highly regarded.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience supporting procurement activities such as purchase orders, invoicing, expense processing or supplier coordination.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • A practical, approachable and safety-conscious mindset, with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to contribute to a small team.
