As Business Sales Manager, you’ll lead, motivate and develop a team of Business Account Consultants and Senior Business Account Consultants to achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You’ll combine hands‑on leadership with account management responsibility for a select portfolio of large business customers, playing a key role in driving performance and capability across the team.

What you’ll do
- Leading and developing a high‑performing sales team to achieve targets
- Coaching and mentoring team members to maximise sales capability and service quality
- Reviewing and analysing team performance and providing clear, actionable feedback
- Managing a small portfolio of large business customers end‑to‑end
- Building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships
Your experience
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop high‑performing teams
- Strong commercial, communication and time‑management skills
- Experience planning work, setting performance targets and driving accountability
- Solid working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
