Reporting to the Head of Media and Marketing Performance, the Digital Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of performance and biddable media across digital channels, with a strong focus on SEM and paid social. The role drives profitable growth by shifting the business toward incrementality and value‑based optimisation, improving conversion across digital pathways and maximising return on media investment. You’ll act as the senior authority on digital performance, forecasting, reporting and experimentation, working closely with Finance, Product, Commercial teams and media agencies to deliver data‑driven decisions and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Lead performance and biddable media strategy across SEM, paid social and affiliates
- Optimise media investment through incrementality and value‑based measurement
- Forecast, report on and improve digital performance using first‑party data
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve effectiveness
- Drive a test, learn and scale approach across digital marketing activity.
Your experience
- Extensive experience in SEM and performance marketing roles
- Strong expertise in commercial analytics, attribution and incrementality testing
- Proven ability to optimise large media budgets across the full funnel
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders using data‑driven insights
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
