As a Senior Business Analyst in our Customer Technology team, you’ll lead complex initiatives end‑to‑end — translating strategy into practical solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll work independently, influence senior stakeholders, and help uplift business analysis capability across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Leading large, complex initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Translating business strategy into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Partnering with Product and Delivery Leads to manage and prioritise pipelines.
• Engaging stakeholders across business and technology to drive alignment.
• Mentoring and uplifting business analysis capability across the team.

Your experience

• Extensive experience delivering complex initiatives as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in agile, lean, or hybrid delivery environments.
• A proactive, self‑starter mindset with confidence operating independently.
