About Alinta Energy
At Alinta Energy, we’re taking real action to deliver affordable, reliable and sustainable energy for Australia. You’ll work on challenges that matter, alongside people who are approachable, supportive and invested in your growth, in a business where your contribution is visible from day one.
Big careers start with real experience
Ready to step into a role where your work directly influences real business decisions? Kick-start your finance career in an industry that’s evolving fast and shaping Australia’s future.
As a Finance Analyst Graduate, you’ll join our Retail Finance Team in a permanent role from day one, gaining hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance.
You’ll rotate across the business over two years, building strong technical capability, commercial insight and a clear understanding of how the energy market works. Working alongside experienced leaders, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects and grow your confidence in a supportive, high-performing team.
You’ll start your graduate journey in Melbourne, spending your first week meeting your cohort, pulling on some hi-vis to explore our Melbourne sites, and listening in on real customer calls at our contact centre.
