Join our Retail Finance team as a Snr Business Intelligence Specialist where you’ll lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks and data models, while driving automation and supporting data-led decision making across the business.

What you’ll do
- Develop end-to-end dashboards from requirements through to deployment
- Build scalable Power BI reporting frameworks and enhance self-service analytics
- Identify inefficient processes and recommend data-driven solutions
- Automate repetitive reporting processes with particular focus around month-end
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies in collaboration with the Group IT function
Your experience
- Extensive experience with Power BI and SQL
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language for data transformation
- Skilled in data/semantic modelling for reporting
- Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- Resilient and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment
