Join our Retail Finance team as a Snr Business Intelligence Specialist where you’ll lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks and data models, while driving automation and supporting data-led decision making across the business.

What you’ll do

• Develop end-to-end dashboards from requirements through to deployment
• Build scalable Power BI reporting frameworks and enhance self-service analytics
• Identify inefficient processes and recommend data-driven solutions
• Automate repetitive reporting processes with particular focus around month-end
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies in collaboration with the Group IT function

Your experience

• Extensive experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Python or similar scripting language for data transformation
• Skilled in data/semantic modelling for reporting
• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
• Resilient and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment
