You will align shareholder expectations, Board priorities, executive decisions and business unit plans, while supporting capital allocation, growth opportunities and Alinta Energy’s integration with Sembcorp.

What you’ll do
- Leading the development, refresh and maintenance of Alinta Energy’s corporate strategy and Five-Year Plan
- Coordinating enterprise strategic planning and translating market, shareholder and performance insights into clear recommendations
- Assessing acquisitions, investments and partnerships through strategic, commercial, financial and valuation analysis
- Supporting capital allocation, investment prioritisation and decision materials for executive and governance forums
- Delivering priority strategic projects, including Sembcorp integration, Board briefings and stakeholder engagement.
Your experience
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline
- At least seven years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking or a related commercial role
- Experience at Manager level or above in a leading strategy consulting firm, or equivalent corporate strategy experience
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, business case development, scenario modelling and structured problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to prepare executive-level recommendations, influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple cross-functional workstreams.
