As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for the strategy, direction and commercial performance of a portfolio spanning multiple high‑value customer segments within Retail Markets. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape portfolio‑level strategic choices, ensure focus on the highest‑impact opportunities, and play a foundational role in how the newly established Product team operates. This is a senior leadership role, focused on setting direction, uplifting capability and driving disciplined, commercially grounded decision‑making, rather than day‑to‑day delivery execution.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy and direction of your remit across multiple customer segments, shaping the strategic choices that drive future direction and commercial performance
• Own and maintain a rolling portfolio roadmap, determining what progresses each quarter and making deliberate trade‑offs to focus on the highest‑impact work
• Lead, guide and quality‑control product strategy and discovery across the portfolio, ensuring outputs are clear, concise and decision‑ready
• Build alignment across senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities diplomatically while maintaining pace and clarity of direction
• Lead and develop Product Managers, setting performance standards and uplifting commercially grounded, data‑led decision making

Your experience

• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and elevate high‑performing product teams, setting clear standards and holding others accountable for outcomes
• Proven experience owning and aligning portfolio‑level roadmaps, making deliberate trade‑offs and protecting focus on the highest‑value opportunities
• Track record leading complex, high‑value or high‑risk product strategy and discovery work, including personally owning the most significant initiatives
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical leadership, with the ability to lift data standards and improve decision quality across a team
• Excellent stakeholder influence and executive communication skills, able to simplify complex trade‑offs and present clear recommendations to senior leaders
