About the role

As our HR Business Partner for our retail business pillar, you will play a key role in supporting and advising our leaders through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with our Centres of Excellence, you'll drive talent management initiatives, develop strategic workforce plans, and contribute to organisational growth.

Additionally, you will champion a positive workplace culture while providing expert guidance on employee relations matters. Your influence will be key in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that our Retail teams are equipped for success.

What you’ll do

  • Provide business-focussed HR advice and guidance
  • Influence and engage senior leaders to achieve strategic people-focused outcomes
  • Develop and promote our contemporary people management plan
  • Investigate employee grievances and resolve key people issues
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create and maintain positive employee experiences.

Your experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Business Partnering role
  • Proven HR generalist experience with strong stakeholder management, people management skills, and organisational development capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing capability gaps while enhancing leadership effectiveness
  • The ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
  • A relevant HR related qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
