As a Business Development Manager within our Commercial & Industrial team, you’ll drive revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, delivering strong commercial outcomes that support Alinta Energy’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll do
- Identifying and securing new Commercial & Industrial business opportunities
- Managing end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to contract execution
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Developing and managing key customer accounts to drive retention and growth
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
Your experience
- Proven B2B sales experience with consistent achievement of sales targets
- Strong understanding of energy retail products, pricing and contracts
- Experience using CRM or advanced sales pipeline tools
- High-level commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management capability.
Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.
