This role sits within Technology and plays a critical governance and operational role supporting enterprise database environments. You will take ownership of Oracle and SQL databases, working closely with application development teams, internal stakeholders and external DBA partners to ensure stability, performance and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Managing Oracle and SQL database environments across enterprise systems
• Governing database operations and vendor-delivered services
• Working closely with application development teams on system enhancements
• Overseeing database integrity, performance and issue resolution
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external DBA partners

Your experience

• Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
• Strong SQL database experience
• Ability to work autonomously in a governance-focused role
• Confidence dealing with technical issues and working through complex problems
• Experience collaborating with development, DevOps and vendor teams
