What you’ll do

• Maintaining stability and reliability across critical operational and integration systems
• Diagnosing complex issues across batch, real time and integration workloads
• Implementing targeted enhancements within an established architecture
• Collaborating with technology teams to deliver pragmatic solutions and improvements
• Supporting incident response and contributing to system resilience and continuity

Your experience

• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience across mixed technology environments
• Strong capability across languages in C#/.net, Java, SQL and scripting tools
• Confidence working across legacy and modern systems without full context
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical solutions under pressure
• Clear communication skills and a pragmatic, outcome focused mindset
