What you’ll do

• Planning and executing system, integration, regression and end to end testing across billing, credit, payments and customer care platforms
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, architects and delivery teams to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and testable
• Developing and maintaining regression test suites to support system stability across releases
• Identifying, logging and managing defects while contributing to root cause analysis and resolution
• Managing test environments and test data to support multiple phases of delivery
• Contributing to defect and test reporting and participating in walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Supporting automation initiatives and improving testing efficiency and consistency

Your experience

• Proven experience in software testing within agile delivery environments
• Strong SQL capability with experience validating complex data sets
• Experience with testing tools such as Vansah, HPQC or similar, along with Jira and Confluence
• Exposure to automation tools and scripting languages such as UiPath, Python and Java
• Understanding of CI CD practices and testing across the delivery lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
