What you’ll do
- Planning and executing system, integration, regression and end to end testing across billing, credit, payments and customer care platforms
- Collaborating with analysts, developers, architects and delivery teams to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and testable
- Developing and maintaining regression test suites to support system stability across releases
- Identifying, logging and managing defects while contributing to root cause analysis and resolution
- Managing test environments and test data to support multiple phases of delivery
- Contributing to defect and test reporting and participating in walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Supporting automation initiatives and improving testing efficiency and consistency
Your experience
- Proven experience in software testing within agile delivery environments
- Strong SQL capability with experience validating complex data sets
- Experience with testing tools such as Vansah, HPQC or similar, along with Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to automation tools and scripting languages such as UiPath, Python and Java
- Understanding of CI CD practices and testing across the delivery lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
